Fish Street 1

You'll find so-called Fish Street in Mong Kok -- listed not too many years ago as the most densely populated place on earth.
Hong Kong is laid out like a department store. If you want marble floor tiles or office furniture or bathroom supplies or fish for your tank, there's a good chance you'll find dozens of stores specializing in those items along the same street, or certainly grouped in the same area.
Fish Street has a huge variety of shops featuring everything freshwater and oceanic -- fish, tanks, equipment, plants and pumps -- ranging in price from a few dollars to amounts you hope someday to have for your retirement. And many of these shops display take-away fish in bags hung from white racks that are sidewalk-accessible.
