One of my beliefs is that you're allowed to criticize things you love, so while I love Hong Kong -- recently taken to billing itself as "Asia's World City" -- I have to laugh at this rustic plumbing work and fatuous sign in the middle of the Central banking district.
     "For Drinking Only"... so where am I supposed to wash my clothes?
