SurvivorA year ago, Leela bought three fake birds and tied them to plants in our garden. All seem to have disappeared, but following the elusive preying mantis one day, I came across this bird half hidden in the undergrowth, fallen backwards off his perch, and weathered by two hot summers and several typhoons. |
